Located on Forrest Hwy, Myalup, The Crooked Carrot is a cafe & market place offering beautiful fresh food, great coffee and quality local produce.

Formerly known at the Emu Pie shop, The Crooked Carrot has revitalised this iconic site with a modern fit out, kitchen garden, street art signage and more additions coming very soon, including an electric car recharge station.

Whether your a local or just driving past, make sure you pop in and fill your belly with some simple wholesome food and experience our old fashioned friendly service.

What makes The Crooked Carrot crooked?
For one thing, it is owned by a family of farmers, The Castro Family, who have been growing carrots for over 20 years! They grow other crops too, including onions and potatoes, but carrots are the backbone and when deciding on a name it was the carrots that ruled.

The Castro family have teamed up with talented chef, Kieran Dowd. Kieran is the driving force behind The Crooked Carrot kitchen. His focus is on a paddock to plate ethos, using fresh locally sourced ingredients and has even established a kitchen garden, it doesn’t get fresher than that!

When branding the premises, we continued with the local theme by engaging the services of street artist Luke Sweetman aka LINEZ RAW Murals | Canvas | Design. We love his snazzy artwork, and hope you do too!
